It has been an exciting year in 2010, and we are pleased to announce the opening of our second subsidiary. LOGIC Services now has operational bases in Perth, Singapore and Kazakhstan.
Director, Mark Jackson said, “It has been a strategic decision to open another subsidiary and operate with local business partners in Kazakhstan. Part of the LOGIC philosophy is working and collaborating with local personnel in any country that we operate in. We believe this enhances the level of service we provide to our clients by offering direct access to local management”.
Chairman Almas Kudaibergen, General Director Serbolat Shorayev, and Deputy Director Vladimir Sulla will be managing the office locally. Joe Atera will serve as our technical expert on the ground acting in the role of First Deputy General Director. The subsidiary will operate under the banner of LOGIC Services Centrasia LLP.
After a visit to the Bibra Lake office, Mr Kudaibergen joined the team at OSEA (the Oil and Gas Exhibition in Singapore) late last year. “Kazakhstan is home to one of the largest oil field projects in the world, the Kashagan Field. This holds enormous potential for a specialised business with expertise in electrical instrumentation, which is offered by LOGIC Services. I am looking forward to establishing the LOGIC Services brand locally and bringing new business opportunities to the expanding areas of operation”, said Mr Kudaibergen.
